I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel near the center of Baveno, with close proximity to the beautiful lake. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were equipped with great air conditioning and a balcony, offering stunning mountain views. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast which set me up for the day ahead.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Great location near the lake and the town center, with easy access to public transportation. The hotel has a clean and modern appearance, with friendly staff who provide helpful advice. The breakfast was adequate, with freshly made jams and comfortable bedding.

The AC unit was automated and we were unable to adjust it. The beds were too soft and caused discomfort, affecting the quality of our sleep.

Staff is helpfull. Free wi-fi is working good. Location is great.

This is very nice hotel with breathtaking view from the balcony. Close to the beach on the lake and short walk into the town. Beach towels if you want to go to the lake. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Paola and Renzo. The hotel is easy to find if you travel by car. What else to say..., it is our first choice when we come back. I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the beautiful Lake Maggiore. the location was perfect as it was very near the ferry and close to the center of town, making it convenient to explore the area. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were attentive and friendly, ensuring that every detail was taken care of during my stay. The rooms were spacious and had a great view over the lake, which made for a truly picturesque experience. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from, including locally homemade jams and cakes. this hotel offered great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

No major issues - everything was wonderful.

The warm welcome, hospitality and efficiency of the hotel owners and staff made our stay very pleasant. Upon arrival, check-in was expedited rapidly. The owners make you feel like part of the family. There is 24- hour service, which proved useful. The room is well-equipped and very comfortable,and sparkling clean. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food. We recommend the restaurant, one of the best in Baveno, copious and tasty. An overall excellent address.

We ordered a room with lake view, for which we paid extra.. but this was on the side of the main road, which was noisy at night, if you wanted to leave the window open .. sound proof window, so OK when closed

I recently stayed at a little gem in the beautiful Lake Maggiore area. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the center of town, the ferry port, and the train station. The room was spotless and had a delightful balcony with stunning lake views. The hotel also had a well-appointed terrace and ample parking. The staff at the hotel were the friendliest and most accommodating I have ever encountered in all my travels throughout Europe. The restaurant at the hotel served delicious breakfasts and beautifully prepared evening meals. The hotel even provided fresh beach towels for a small beach just across the park. I highly recommend this hotel, especially considering its excellent value for money.

A strongly recommended hotel !! We (couple with a 20month baby girl) have had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alpi. We had a clean and spacious room with a nice view on the Lake from the balcony. The staff was competent, willing to help, and very friendly. They all love children. When we first arrived, although the dining room was fully booked for 2 groups, they set a table for us. The meals were good.

Only suggestions : the room decoration was a bit simplistic for Italy. For the breakfast : vary the offer after a couple of days.
